The Entrepreneur’s Edge™ model flips that. We start with nervous system flexibility to build capacity, then move into somatic release to clear stored stress. From there, we install emotional repatterning, so your default states begin working for you. Only then do mindset models actually stick, because they’re built on a system that can support them.



Nervous System Expansion
Your Autonomic Nervous System is your subconscious performance operating system. The default settings were set early in life, and unless we learn how to update them, we will often stay stuck in patterns that work against us instead of for us.

You’ll prioritize nervous system expansion and flexibility in our work together. You’ll learn how to shift in between “high-performace” and “high-relational” modes with ease, so you can get sh*t done when you need to, and still show up as the best self in your relationships.

Somatic Release
Over the course of our lives, our bodies create patterns that support and reinforce our most common states. When we’ve spent a lot of time in stress, tension, or trauma, those states become our bodies default.

You’ll work to become aware of our body states, release what’s no longer serving us, and create new states that give us energy.

Emotional Repatterning
Most of us don’t think much about our specific emotions. We don’t realize that every emotion is a gift, intended by nature to give us energy to achieve different outcomes.

You’ll learn how to create new emotional patterns and how to choose the ones that best serve us in any situation. Learn how to use joy instead of stress to get into a flow state, and how to make peace your default state.

Mindset
Once we’ve created new patterns in our body, changing the old thought patterns and letting go of our limiting beliefs becomes exponentially easier.
